The Wallace Foundation supports a wide range of programs in the Wichita, Kansas community to advance the arts, and at the same time to resolve societal problems. The Foundation supports activities in the following areas and organizations that work in the following areas: Arts and Culture, Education, Community Development and Enhancement, Social Services and Needs, and Quality of Life.

STEP ONE

CHECK QUALIFICATIONS

The Wallace Foundation primarily makes grants to charitable organizations that have been recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as described in Section 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) and 509(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code.

STEP TWO

APPLY ONLINE

You will need to fill out our online application to be considered for a grant through The Wallace Foundation. Click here to start.

STEP THREE

THE APPLICATION IS REVIEWED

Once we receive your online application, it will be reviewed to determine if it falls within the Foundation’s program guidelines.

STEP FOUR

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED

Applicants will be notified of the Trustees’ decision to approve or deny a grant within a short time following the board meeting. This usually takes approximately 90 days. If your online application is accepted, we will have you sign a Grant of Agreement.

GRANT AWARDED

Congratulations! You have been awarded a grant from the Wallace Foundation. We hope you are able to create a brighter future for your organization!
